Adoption Costs & Requirements

 

  • This is for purebred or high demand dogs only. Their increased adoption fees allow them to act as beneficiaries to other dogs in our program who are in need of special medical care.*

    Costs for dogs 2 months - 8 years old: $675 If under 6 months, they will have a spay/neuter contract and deposit of $150 in addition to the adoption cost.

    Dogs will be UTD with core vaccines, microchipped & 3-4 rounds of dewormer, altered if age appropriate an on prevention.

  • 8 weeks- 6 months of age:

    • Unaltered Puppy: $475 + $150 refundable spay and neuter deposit

    • Altered Puppy: $475

    Dogs will be UTD with core vaccines, microchipped & 3-4 rounds of dewormer

  • 6 months - 8 years old: $400

    Dogs will be spayed/neutered, UTD with core vaccines, microchipped & 3-4 rounds of dewormer

  • 8 years & older: $200

    Dogs will be spayed/neutered, UTD with core vaccines, microchipped & 3-4 rounds of dewormer

 

We require the following information to be considered for adoption:

  • Current pets (if any) must be spayed/neutered & up to date on core vaccines & preventatives

  • Applicant interview

  • Personal and veterinary references

  • Virtual or in person home visit


Adoption is possible in the following states:

New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maryland, Virginia
